The Hancock County Parks and Recreation consists of four parks and playgrounds and covers all four corners of Hancock County.

The main office as well as the Gas Valley Sports Complex and Playground are located on Gas Valley Road in New Cumberland. Moving North, you find Lawrenceville Park in Chester. Turning South Clarke Field Playground is located in Newell. Finally Cove Valley Park can be found in the King’s Creek area of Weirton.
